The hotel had beautiful grounds and an
Indoor pool that the kids enjoyed during our rainy stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, though a bit pricey.

Very good experience there. Luxury family-friendly hotel, particularly nice views of the mountain. Exceptionally nice location with free parking on-site. Amazing food for all meals. Alcoholic drinks at pool bar, excellent service. Lovely pool to relax in too.

1) value-for-money for 5 stars hotel from the discount by Booked.net; 2) the buffet breakfast is great and fantastic with good variety of options; the food were fresh! there were even an interesting corner especially for kids, which filled with M&M chocolates, mashmallows, cookies etc; 3) room is spacious, warm and comfortable; 4) have spa in unique booth, gym, and playstation for kids. It will be great if all the playstation come with English language. 5) scenic night view especially with Xmas decoration! **I prefer to submit my review anonymously**

Excellent isn't really the word for this hotel - it is incredibly fantastic! The staff are superb, the food and facilities are wonderful and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The concierge desk can arrange anything you ask of them. Although we booked 2 rooms 'with mountain view', we were in fact given 2 rooms with a far better view over the sea. The buffet breakfast we had on our last day was out of this world. We had an all-round brilliant experience of South Korea at its best at this hotel.

This hotel suits me perfectly! The indoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception are fantastic. The staff once helped me with a late departure, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this place for your stay!

The location, the views from the sea side rooms, the private beach house, the pool area with the bands playing at night
The outdoor pool (connected with the indoor pool) is relatively small, compared with other resorts and considering the size of the hotel - and the pool was usually packed (kids and their parents): swimming is difficult - but we liked the connection with the indoor pool and chose to swim early in the morning

Clean
Too expensive for what it is - nothing to see in Jeju. Staff cannot speak English - unusual among staff of such an expensive hotel Even in Asia

The children's excitement echoed as we splashed around the amazing outdoor pool at night! The live music and delicious poolside food made each evening lovely.

Beach. Gardens. Brunch
Spa - unhelpful & really over priced. Difficult to get an answer or commitment from them

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic
The outdoor swimming pool was my favorite-imagine swimming under the stars while live music plays nearby. And don't even get me started on the glamping experience. It was nothing short of magical with cozy vibes and delicious food!

We explored the botanical gardens and enjoyed the live music at the lobby bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Just a heads up, some restaurants can be pricey and have limited options, so plan ahead.

I loved the beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the hotel, which provide a perfect escape and uninterrupted access to the fine coast walk that leads to lovely rock formations and waterfalls, making it so easy to explore and enjoy nature at its best in the area.

Highly recommend for couples looking for relaxation
We spent two nights here and I gotta say, the breakfast buffet was great and a feast for the eyes and stomach! The staff were super friendly and even checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.
